               What Is Expected of The Students Of Delhi World Public School

  1. They should take good care of their health and be robust and strong. They should always be friendly with others in and outside the school.
  2. They should not be vulgar in their talk and behavior.
  3. They should accept whatever work is assigned to them as their rightful share. They should face difficulties courageously.
  4. They should always be ready to lend a helping hand at home to their parents, brothers, and sisters, and in school to teachers and companions and any unattended visitor, they happen to meet in the school premises.
  5. They should never cheat or be unfair at play.
  6. They should stand up when a teacher or a visitor comes to talk to them.
  7. They should be truthful whatever the cost be,
  8. They should never be cruel. They must know that cruelty is the trait of a bully while kindness is the mark of a gentleman.
  9. They should respect the beauty of the classroom and of the school premises and report any damage they may observe.
  10. They should never hesitate to say ‘no’ when asked or tempted to do a thing which they know to be wrong.
  11. They should respect the liberty and the rights of others.
  12. Instead of lamenting and grumbling over the evils of the world, they should try to contribute their share to make it a better place to live in.
  13. They should look upon people from all parts of the world as their brethren, irrespective of their color and creed.
  14. They should not waste their time in idle gossip.
  15. They should take pride in wearing the school uniform.
  16. English is the mode of instruction it is expected of all the students that they interact in English.
  17. Students are expected to be ready to pick up good habits and discard the bad ones; learn social manners and prepare themselves for healthy citizenship in a democratic society.
