Absence

  1. Student’s are responsible for making up all work missed during the period of their
  2. No student will be allowed to leave the school campus during the school, However, in case of any emergency, the parent(s)/guardian should come to the school with parents’ card and an application, explaining the reason to take the ward(s). If the Principal is satisfied with the explanation, the ward(s) may be allowed to go after filling the proforma concerned in duplicate.
  3. No student who was absent on the previous day will be admitted to the class without the diary note from the parent/ guardian in the leave record of the school
  4. No leave of absence is granted except on medical
  5. Absence without granted leave or unexplained absence for six consecutive working days will lead to strict disciplinary action as deemed
  6. Absence without proper information over the period of a week and continuous absence for 90 days or more with or without information renders a pupil liable to have his/her name struck off the roll.

  8. All students are expected to attend the school on the first and last working day of school after and before each vacation. Un-intimated absence for 3 consecutive working days immediately after a vacation, session or a term will result in the student’s name being struck off the rolls.
  9. A student returning to school after suffering from an infectious/contagious disease should produce a doctor’s certificate of fitness to attend Students suffering from the following disease must observe the prescribed period of quarantine before returning to class.

  15. Whooping Cough: Six A discharge slip along with the other related documents will be required from the hospital in case a student has been hospitalized for any disease (e.g. jaundice, typhoid. malaria, etc.)
